Crystalloids is a team of qualified data specialists that help organizations innovate and grow their business by building solutions in Google Cloud.

Design goal

The client asked me to think of an additional, intuitive way to navigate to their Cloud services from the homepage. We redesigned and made technical changes to the responsive website while staying on-brand and preserving certain illustration elements.

Field study

Bounce rate was high. We tested the website with the internal teams and customers, using responsive website, and iterated after each test. Customers were having trouble finding the services offered by Crystalloids.

Stakeholders

The marketing department and directors from other departments gave their feedback for several iterations. The final solution was some structural changes and renaming scheme of content and the creation of a complementary interactive graphic on the homepage to offer an extra navigation method.
