Task: IxD and conversion optimization

During my employment as Interaction Designer at UPC NL, I was responsible for balancing user experience and online sales conversion. Prototyping and visual design. Defining and improving customer journeys and usability.

I learned a lot from my web sales team. Online sales & marketing, conversion best-practices, metrics and much more.

Worked with both Google Analytics and Omniture to run A/B and Mult-variation tests, to confirm or debunk hypothesis with hard data. Coordinating with external agencies for art direction and usability testing. Worked with “Vals Plat” and “Jungle Minds” on several projects to really put designs and hypothesis to the test.
